1. Services Provided
   Cuddles and Care Cat Sitting offers professional in-home cat sitting services, including feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, and basic medication administration as agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must provide accurate information regarding their cat’s health, behaviour, and any special care requirements. All necessary supplies (food, litter, medications, etc.) must be provided by the client.
3. Booking and Payment
   All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment for first-time clients is due at the time of booking. Repeat clients may pay upon completion of services. Late payments may incur a fee. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or cash. Bookings made two or more months in advance are subject to a 20% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance due upon completion of services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
   Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made after this period may be non-refundable.
5. Emergency Care
   In the event of a medical emergency, Cuddles and Care Cat Sitting will make every effort to contact the client. If immediate care is required, we reserve the right to seek veterinary assistance at the client’s expense.
6. Liability
   Cuddles and Care Cat Sitting is fully committed to the safety and well-being of your cat. However, we are not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss of a pet while under our care, except in cases of proven negligence.
7. Access to Property
   Clients must provide safe access to their home. Keys and entry details will be kept securely and only used for the duration of the service. Any additional home security requirements must be discussed in advance.
8. Confidentiality
   All client and pet information is kept strictly confidential. Home access details will not be shared with third parties.
9. Updates and Photos
   Clients will receive updates and photos of their cat during each visit. These updates will be provided via text.
10. Amendments
    Cuddles and Care Cat Sitting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
